The standards I uphold.

Information regarding my clients is always confidential.

We request that you provide at least 24-48 hours lead-time on all requests. However, last minute requests will be accommodated if possible. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for services as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.

The Santa Barbara Concierge is an insured business and all our services will be performed as efficiently and safely as possible.

We respectfully ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. The full service cost will be charged for any late cancellation less than 24 hours. 

Billing time includes transportation time during errands. Time begins when I arrive at client location or location of initial errand and ends when errand is completed.

We try to accommodate every request to the best of our ability. However, there are some things we cannot do:

  • house cleaning
  • babysitting
  • landscaping
  • cook or prepare meals
  • If you need assistance in finding someone to complete these tasks for you, we will be more then happy to do that.

The Santa Barbara Concierge reserves the right to refuse business if we feel it is unsafe and/or unsuitable.

Weekends & evenings by appointment. Additional charges may apply outside of standard business hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
